Production Accounting Workshop
Following the trajectory of an actual production, this six session online course will provide you with the tools necessary to advance your career in production accounting across all entertainment mediums.
Hair and Makeup for Film and Television
This 5 session online workshop will prepare those who have cosmetology training or professional experience working in film and television hair and makeup departments.
Avid Assistant Editing Rough Cut Lab
Led by acclaimed Editor Sabine Hoffman, ACE this 6 session course will cover the fundamental skills and responsibilities needed to work as an AVID Assistant Editor and provide a uniquely creative rough cut editing experience working with Director Mary Stuart Masterson.
Camera Department Intensive
Training includes a day long camera training seminar with a certified instructor and a supervised review of all equipment and accessories, batteries, lenses, etc. The intensive culminates in a 2-day commercial tabletop shoot including camera department and production assistant on-the- job training.
Grip & Electric Intensive
What is a Best Boy, Gaffer, or Grip and what do they do? Stockade Works Intensive will provide participants with a solid overview of the Grip & Electric departments from pre-production to production. Come learn from industry pros in this hands-on learning experience.
Costume and Wardrobe Intensive
Two and a half day Costume & Wardrobe workshop led by Costume Designer Lisa Padovani. This hands-on Costume & Wardrobe workshop led by award-winning costume designer, Lisa Padovani, will take trainees through the pre-production and production processes of a costume and wardrobe department to prepare graduates to work on television and film sets in entry level positions.

Sound Department Intensive
Two and a half day workshop led by sound professionals Jan McLaughlin, Julie Stalker-Wilde and Teferra McKenzie. Through hands-on learning with industry standard sound equipment, participants will create sound projects of their own, and develop a working knowledge of set protocols expected of professionals on TV/film sets. Students will also learn tips and tricks on how to get and keep a job, the benefits of joining and creating an audio community, as well as professional audio societies and union memberships.
The Art of Magic: Budgeting for Film & TV
Two day workshop led by producer Jonathan Burkhart – “I Dream Too Much” (2015), “Peace, Love & Misunderstanding” (2011), “Baby Steps”(1999) starring Kathy Bates. Learn the fundamentals of Movie Magic budgeting software and gain expert guidance on budgeting approach from an industry professional. This workshop will prepare you for using this industry standard platform to budget your next film or television project and cover general approach to budgeting including research, scheduling, and pro-tips from a producer with over 30 years of professional experience.
