Stockade Works Mission

Stockade Works, founded in 2016 by actress, producer and director Mary Stuart Masterson, is dedicated to furthering the potential of film, television, media and tech in the Hudson Valley through workforce development training programs in film & TV production for local residents. These include Crew Boot Camps, Workshops, Apprenticeships, Mentorships and Career Awareness programs.

Access and inclusion are at the core of our mission: we believe that every individual should have opportunities for quality, well-paying jobs with avenues for growth. Stockade Works serves all people looking for employment and careers in the Hudson Valley, with a focus on those members of the community who have been locked out of employment and training opportunities, particularly women, people of color, veterans and those who are underemployed.
