STOCKADE WORKS TRAINING APPLICATION

Stockade Works is now accepting rolling applications for our Boot Camps and other training programs.

Once applications are submitted, applicants will be in consideration for upcoming training programs. If you are selected for a particular training, Stockade Works will contact you with training dates and next steps.

VIDEO APPLICATION (optional): To help our selection committee learn more about you, please create a short video (on any camera or mobile device) that includes: a brief introduction, why you want to be a part of a Stockade Works training program, and what you hope to get out of your training. If you are not able to submit a video for any reason, please let us know below.

QUALIFICATIONS: This program is open to all Hudson Valley residents 18 years of age and older. Applications for 16-18 years of age will be considered to audit our trainings on a case by case basis.

SCHOLARSHIPS: We offer full and partial scholarships for all training programs.

COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY:

To fulfill Stockade Works’ mission of creating pathways to employment for our trainees, we begin referring graduates for production jobs upon immediate completion of our programs. The majority of studios, networks, and production companies shooting in the Hudson Valley region are requiring vaccinations as a prerequisite for work. While some organizations will allow for exemptions, an increasing percentage of jobs will not be available to unvaccinated workers.

As such, Stockade Works follows industry guidelines and requires its participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for all in-person trainings. Additionally, Stockade Works requires all instructors and staff present at in-person trainings be fully vaccinated. A person is fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving all recommended doses in the primary series of their COVID-19 vaccination, according to the CDC.

When possible, Stockade Works will make accommodations available for participants who are not vaccinated against COVID-19. Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis and can not be guaranteed.

Stockade Works trainees do not need to be vaccinated to participate in a virtual training program or online event.
